I called back on the 14th and they said it was actually 7-10bussines days and it was still in process. I called back the following week 11th of April because I still had no refund ,thats when they instructed me to give it a couple more days. I called the same day to customer service when they told me the refund would take 5-7 business days. When we returned the car on April 3rd at the same location of pick up at 4:49pm they charged my credit card for $464, $300 was of miscellaneous charges which they couldnt even tell me what they were charging me for and $100 for the deposit and $64 other dollars Im not sure about. We switched the car where they confirmed I wasnt being charged for anything. We were instructed to switch out the car in ********** airport they said the only place we could do it. Which his insurance has already been set to pay for any damages or losses.
